Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Economic Affairs Kocho Angjushev, Minister of Economy Kreshnik Bekteshi and Director of the Energy Community Secretariat Janez Kopac held a press conference on the energy bill.
Deputy Prime Minister Angjushev and Minister Bektashi pointed out that the energy bill provides security, stability, security and quality in supplying end-users with energy. Deputy Prime Minister Angjusev stressed that this is a bill that is the result of decades of European experience in energy and will prevent mistakes made in the past, and will allow energy living in Macedonia to be brought into line with European best practices. The presentation of the new law was also attended by the Director of “Naftovodi Dooel Skopje” Mr. Marjan Ognjanovski and the Director of “Vardax” Mr. Parthenopoulos. In the section on the operation of the Skopje-Solun oil pipeline several amendments have been proposed.
